Pear Tree is one of the most recently developed properties at Thirley Cotes Farm. It has been restored using traditional building techniques and materials to ensure it's character has been kept throughout. The cottage sleeps 4 guests and is conveniently located in the North Yorkshire Moors and close to the North Yorkshire coastline. Pear Tree benefits from its own private hot tub, an enclosed stone patio and outdoor seating. There’s a separate children’s play area, amenity field and games room on-site and access to nearby woodland. The cottage has private parking and access to EV Charging points if required. There’s lots to do in this charming corner of the country, known as The North Yorkshire and Cleveland Heritage Coast. You’re perfectly located to explore the seaside towns of Scarborough, Whitby and Filey, as well as the higgledy-piggledy village of Robin Hood’s Bay, where you can stroll along sandy seashores, spot seals or even pay a visit to the grave of Bram Stoker’s Dracula atop Whitby’s abbey ruins. The nearby North Yorks Moors are renowned as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offer tail-wag worth walks in abundance.
