Walnut Cottage is part of an old barn which dates back to the 1830's and has been thoughtfully restored to its former glory. The cottage is located on the edge of the North York Moors and North Yorkshire Coast which makes it the perfect getwaway for families, couples and friends. Walnut Cottage benefits from a private terrace with hot tub, a woodburner, bronze fixtures and fittings and a beautful open plan kitchen dining space. There’s a separate children’s play area, amenity field and games room on-site and access to nearby woodland. Private parking is available at the property as well as access to EV Charging points if required. There’s lots to do in this charming corner of the country, known as The North Yorkshire and Cleveland Heritage Coast. You’re perfectly located to explore the seaside towns of Scarborough, Whitby and Filey, as well as the higgledy-piggledy village of Robin Hood’s Bay, where you can stroll along sandy seashores, spot seals or even pay a visit to the grave of Bram Stoker’s Dracula atop Whitby’s abbey ruins. The nearby North Yorks Moors are renowned as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offer tail-wag worth walks in abundance.
