Self catering holiday houses in Lincolnshire Wolds

Marris Barn and Little Walk Cottage have both been created from redundant farm buildings. Our farm in the Lincolnshire Wolds lies within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the views from the properties say it all.

Marris Barn sleeps up to 16 guests and boasts an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and games room. It is the perfect venue for multi generational family get togethers. All the bedrooms are en suite and there are plenty of sitting and dining areas both inside and out. The accessible Wagon Shed which sleeps 2 provides the opportunity for a little peace should it be required!

We have a basic lockable shed for bikes as the properties are near the sustrans cycle route. There are a multitude of walking opportunites, both orientated from both properties and across the Wolds generally.

Little Walk Cottage is a charming sleeps 4 cottage with a garden room allowing views across to the lake in the distance. It also has two bathrooms, so no need to share. The cottage is down a track from our farm yard and set away from the village road.

We accept dogs at both properties.

Both properties can be rented out together (5 minute car journey) and an extension table put up at Marris Barn for whole group dining.

We have a beautiful natural coastline and although the drive is about 50 minutes, the route takes you through two beautiful market towns namely Louth and Alford. A trip to Lincoln Cathedral and Castle is a must and the Bomber Command Centre near Lincoln is an impressive new venue for our county. The local pub serves good beer and is walking distance from both properties. Lincolnshire is renowned for its local produce which can be bought at Farmer's Markets and shops in the neaby charming market towns.
