This lovely, dog friendly, farmhouse sleeps 10 and has a large garden with swim spa hot tub. Fantastic sea views with privacy, comfort, spacious and stylish interiors, sympathetically keeping many of its original traditional features. It is our aim to try and meet all your expectations while you enjoy this beautiful part of Wales. Ceredigion is well known for its unspoilt coastline, dolphin and seal spotting and a host of activities.
The open plan kitchen/dining room has large vaulted ceiling with exposed oak A frames. The kitchen is fully fitted with range oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, island bar and dining table, walled window with large patio doors leading out on to sun terrace. Patio door leading to seating area. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage area.
The sitting room has a corner sofa where you can enjoy the Smart TV and an inglenook fireplace with woodburner. There is a second sitting room with a corner sofa, 55” Smart TV, log burner which has fantastic sea views.
The games room has a TV, DVD player, Wii and board games.
Bedroom 4 which is on the same floor, has a comfortable double bed with French doors leading out to garden. There is a wet room with a shower, WC and basin, ideal for guests with restricted mobility and a separate bathroom with bath, basin and wc.
On the first floor there are 3 generous size bedrooms (bedroom 1: king-size bed, single sofa bed or cot (if required), en suite shower room with sea views. Bedroom 2: king-size bed, cot (if required), en suite shower room with sea views and bedroom 3: twin beds with en suite shower room) and also a mezzanine room with a king-size bed with sea views.
Outside the large, enclosed front garden has a sun terrace with garden furniture, steps leading to hot tub/swim spa and lawn, perfect for dogs and children.
