Are you looking for that special place, somewhere different? A place where you can relax as a couple or socialise with family and friends? Our unique features include a sheltered terrace which is covered by a magnificent glass roof. With a huge gas barbecue, which also converts to a pizza oven, and a large comfortable outdoor sofa and dining table. Enjoy outdoor living whilst soaking up the panoramic countryside views, listening to the birds or trying to spot some deer. Open up the bi-fold doors to connect this space to the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Wester Den has 3 bedrooms so you can choose who takes the 2 upstairs bedrooms with the family bathroom, large shower and luxurious freestanding bath. One of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the terrace, under the glass roof. Or do you choose the master suite which has its own staircase up to a private relaxing seating area? With a super king bed or twin beds on the ground floor and a walk-in dressing area/wardrobe and ensuite shower room. French doors lead directly out onto the terrace with views of the countryside. In the colder months, have cosy nights in, in front of the log burner, watching movies on the 65" smart TV. There is parking for 3 cars, 2 of which are within a car port to keep your car cool or frost free. And the extras? Explore the coastline and take a guided tour either on foot, sea swimming, kayak or boat amongst the cliffs, caves and beaches, to spot the dolphins and learn about the fascinating history and geology of the area. We fell in love with Arbroath and all the amazing things there are to see and do here—from the local history to the stunning coastline. We knew we had to share this special area.
