Premier Cottages is a membership organisation of luxury 4 & 5 Star independent cottage owners. All our cottages go through a rigorous screening process to ensure that you, our customer, has the very best holiday when you book with Premier Cottages.
Quality is ingrained in Premier Cottages DNA. The member onboarding panel are all highly experienced self-catering operators in their own right, and new members must achieve the highest quality standards, to at least a 4 Star grading, to ensure that they meet the level our guests have come to expect from Premier Cottages.
Excellent customer service is also paramount to Premier Cottages - it's not just the cottages that are 4 & 5 Star - the owners are as well! All our members must maintain at least 4 Star grading to continue their membership, and many cottages also carry a recognised independent national grading from organisations such as VisitEngland, VisitWales, VisitScotland, Quality in Tourism, and the AA.
