Clydey Cottages
Ten of the cottages are situated just 3 miles from the lovely village of Cenarth, with its spectacular “Salmon Leap” falls, in an elevated position with glorious views over meadows, hills and woodlands. The cottages have been converted from 18th Century farm buildings and are set in 20 acres of grounds which include landscaped gardens, a woodland nature walk, an outdoor play area for children with sand-pit, rope swings, ride-on toys and slide, and an indoor play room with soft play for toddlers and younger children.
There is a daily animal feeding routine where children can join in to collect eggs from the resident chickens and help feed the sheep, pigs, piglets, Pygmy goats, donkeys and Shetland ponies.
Clydey Cottages is extremely child friendly with plenty of space to run around and play in an exciting and safe environment.
The Cottages, which sleep from 2-8 guests have all been converted to an exceptionally high standard with superking beds, crisp white linen and fluffy towels, feature fireplaces with log-burning stoves, wooden beams and all the facilities of modern day living: flat screen TVs, DVD recorders, Sky Freesat channels, WiFi, iPod docking stations etc.
Guests can enjoy use of the shared leisure facilities including the luxurious indoor heated swimming pool, sun terrace with stunning views, sauna, gym, games room and outdoor hot-tub. Beauty treatments and holistic therapies are also available within the comfort of your own cottage.
Fron Fawr Cottages
The remaining five cottages are just 1 mile from the village of Boncath and again offer stunning views over the North Pembrokeshire countryside. Fron Fawr is only 5 miles away from the Pembrokeshire coast with some of the most wonderful sandy beaches and coastline in the country.
The cottages have been converted from traditional stone and slate barns and have recently been refurbished with new kitchens, appliances, carpets, sofas and beds. Each cottage has its own private, enclosed garden and patio with garden furniture.
There is a large shared lawn, a children’s play area, a competition sized Petanque Pitch, 16 acre woodland and an outdoor hot-tub with far reaching, breathtaking views.
The Cottages have 3 or 4 bedrooms sleeping from 2-8 guests, with pets being very welcome at Fron Fawr. Guests can enjoy the exceptional leisure facilities at the Clydey site which is just 5 miles drive away.
Both locations are ideally positioned to explore the 3 counties of Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Cardiganshire.

Snowdrop Cottage has a DVD Player, flat screen TV with Freeview channels, iPod docking station and outside, there is a paved patio with garden furniture.

Tansy Cottage is our most spacious and luxurious two bedroom cottage, with wooden beams throughout, stepping out onto and overlooking the meadow and front lawns.
Downstairs, there is a very spacious sitting/dining room with feature fireplace containing a wood burning stove, large flat-screen LCD TV with DVD Player, midi Hi-Fi and iPod docking station. A new fully fitted kitchen was installed in November 2010, fully equipped with all of the usual utensils and facilities, including a new electric double oven with ceramic hob, separate under counter fridge and freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and new for 2011 a washer/dryer.
Leading from the dining/kitchen area is the downstairs bedroom which can have either twin single beds or a super-king size double bed. This bedroom also has it's own en-suite shower room with a modern, curved walk-in power shower and WC. This room is ideal for those guests with walking difficulties as everything is on one level and within easy walking access.
Upstairs is the main bedroom with a super-king size canopied bed, flat-screen LCD TV with Freeview channels and a DVD player. Views from this bedroom are over the meadow, woodland and hills beyond.
Across from the main bedroom is the main bathroom with power shower over the bath.

This is one of the larger, three bedroom family cottages offering cosy and comfortable accommodation and magnificent views over far reaching countryside.
The front door opens into a hallway, leading to the compact sitting/dining room with wooden beams and a feature fireplace with a wood burning stove. Through a door at the back of the sitting room is the new kitchen (Nov 2010) which is fully equipped to include a new electric double oven with ceramic hob, a dishwasher, full size fridge-freezer and microwave oven.
Upstairs, Bramble Cottage has a double bedroom, a bunkbed room and a bedroom that can either have twin single beds or a superking double bed, sleeping up to 6 people in total.
At the end of the upstairs landing is the small bathroom with power shower over the bath.
All bedrooms are front facing and have magnificent views over the far-reaching countryside, hills and woodland.

This is one of the larger, family cottages with three bedrooms and a spacious open plan downstairs.
The downstairs is open plan and split-level, with the sitting room being on the ground level and the dining kitchen being up four wide steps on an upper ground level. (Stairgates can be fitted on the lower level to prevent access to the kitchen).
The new kitchen (Nov 2010) is fully equipped to include a dishwasher, full size fridge-freezer, new electric double oven with ceramic hob and microwave oven.
The sitting room has wooden floors and a feature fireplace with wood burning stove. There is a flat screen LCD TV with freeview channels and a DVD player and iPod docking station.
Upstairs, the main bedroom at the front of the Cottage has magnificent views over the far-reaching countryside, hills and woodlands, and guests have the choice of either a superking size double bed or twin single beds. This bedroom also has a TV with integral DVD Player and Freeview channels.
There is a further double bedroom and a third bedroom with a pair of bunk beds.
Leading from the upstairs landing is the small bathroom, with power shower over the bath.

Sleeping 8 comfortably, this is a large, spacious and very comfortable, four bedroomed stone built farmhouse.
The Farmhouse features a large dining/kitchen, newly fitted in February 2011, and fully equipped, including a new full size double electric oven and ceramic hob, full size fridge freezer, microwave oven, washing machine and tumble dryer. Through the kitchen is a small Utility Room with boot/coat storage and back door leading out onto the private back garden with washing line.
Off the Utility Room is the very small downstairs bedroom, which can have either a kingsize double bed or twin single beds. Just across from the bedroom is a new shower-room and toilet.
Through the spacious sitting room, which has a large flat screen LCD TV with full SKY+ Package, contemporary sofas and woodburning stove is the conservatory/playroom/music room which opens out onto the private back garden and terrace with private BBQ and garden dining furniture to seat 8. The Conservatory has a flat screen TV and Wii Games Console, iPod Docking Station and midi HiFi.
Outside, The Farmhouse has its own private drive, private parking and private garden.
Upstairs are the remaining 3 bedrooms: - the Master Bedroom with superking bed, flat screen LCD TV with Freeview channels and ensuite bathroom with power shower over the bath.
The second bedroom is a large Family Room with a superking bed (can convert into twin beds) and a pair of full size bunk beds with a trundle bed underneath (sleeping 5 in total in this room if required) and flat screen LCD TV with Freeview satellite channels.
The third bedroom upstairs is a small bedroom which can have either a kingsize double bed or twin single beds.
The Farmhouse will accommodate two separate families, sleeping 4 adults comfortably and up to 4-6 children + cots.

The new small kitchen was fitted in November 2010 and is fully equipped to include a new larder fridge (+ freezer compartment), a new full size electric oven with ceramic hob, new dishwasher and a microwave oven.
The comfortable, cosy sitting room (with new sofas - Nov 2010) has a wood-burning stove, a flat screen LCD TV with Freeview Channels, a DVD Player and iPod Docking Station.
Upstairs, one door off the landing leads to the bedroom with kingsize bed whilst the other door leads to a shower-room with electric shower (no bath). Please note there are very low beams in the shower-room which is quite compact.

A wonderfully romantic little stone Cottage, attached to the main Farmhouse, with wooden beams throughout and magnificent views over the far reaching countryside, hills and woodland.
There is a very comfortable open plan sitting/dining room featuring a large inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove - perfect for those romantic nights snuggling up in front of a real log fire. Ivy Cottage has flat screen LCD TV's with Freeview Channels both downstairs and upstairs in the bedroom, a DVD Player and iPod docking station.
There is a new (February 2011) open plan fitted kitchen, fully equipped and including a new electric oven with ceramic hob, full size fridge freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher.
From the sitting room, the stairs lead directly into the spacious open plan bedroom with a superking bed adorned with luxurious linens and fabrics. The view from the large bedroom window is over the front lawns, leading to the meadow and woodland beyond. Leading from the bedroom is the bathroom which has been newly refurbished (March 2011) with separate power shower and new, very luxurious slipper bath.
(Note for Parents: as the stairs lead directly into the bedroom upstairs, there is no door into the bedroom so any noise may travel between the bedroom and downstairs and vice versa. Also, the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom - just something to bear in mind if you have a little one sleeping upstairs in a cot).

Heather Cottage is adjoined to Tansy Cottage (semi-detached).

Heather Cottage is the only two bedroom cottage at Clydey which has both bedrooms upstairs.

A delightful, mid-terrace cottage with three bedrooms, private enclosed garden and patio.
Madog Cottage has recently been fully decorated and refurbished throughout and can accommodate up to 5 people in the three bedrooms which are all upstairs - a kingsize bedroom with a contemporary wash-basin, a single bedroom and a bunkbed room.
Downstairs is the fully tiled bathroom with shower over the bath and the open plan sitting room and dining/breakfast kitchen.
The new kitchen, installed in May 2008, has a full size electric oven/grill with ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and breakfast bar.

A traditional stone and slate cottage with three bedrooms, private enclosed garden and patio.
Myrddin Cottage has three bedrooms, all upstairs, which can comfortably accommodate 5 people, although the second, smaller bedroom does have a double bed, so 6 people could be accommodated.
However, the downstairs open plan living/dining area is very compact so please do bear in mind that it would be very cosy downstairs with 6 people.
Also downstairs is the bathroom with shower over the bath and the open plan kitchen/sitting/dining area.
The new kitchen has a full size electric oven/grill with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and breakfast bar.

A large, spacious cottage offering excellent accommodation for up to 8 people and ideal for two families to share.
From the front door, you enter into the hallway, off which is the downstairs cloakroom with WC and bathroom with WC. This hallway leads to the large dining/breakfast kitchen which has a range cooker with 7 ring gas hob and electric ovens, full size fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The large wood beamed sitting room is reached off the kitchen and up six wooden steps. The sitting room has a log burning stove, flat screen LCD TV with freeview channels, DVD player and patio doors which lead out onto the pergola covered terrace and private garden.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with superking bed, wash-hand basin and LCD TV to watch DVDs in bed (no external aerial for TV channels); another double bedroom with wash-hand basin; a twin (or superking) bedroom and a bunkbed room*.
There is also a shower room with WC upstairs.

A recently upgraded cottage with fantastic views across the hills and fields of North Pembrokeshire, with it's own private parking and entrance.
Aneirin has two large bedrooms, both upstairs. The master bedroom has a superking bed (which can also be converted into twin beds) an en-suite bathroom with power shower over the bath, and LCD flat screen TV with integral DVD player.
The second bedroom can also have either a superking bed or twin single beds and has it's own en-suite toilet.
Both bedrooms are large enough to accommodate infant cots or toddler z-beds.
Downstairs there is an open plan, newly refurbished fitted kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher leading into the dining room which will seat up to 6 people.
Off the hallway is the downstairs shower room with toilet and the spacious double aspect living room with real flame gas fire, large contemporary sofas and patio doors opening out onto the enclosed private patio and lawned garden with it's own garden furniture and BBQ. There are stunning views across the North Pembrokeshire countryside from the garden and access into the surrounding fields and woodlands of Fron Fawr.
