Nestled in 14 acres of a warm tranquil valley in the heart of the South Devon countryside, Compton Pool Farm is a perfect haven for guests of all ages.
This ancient farm dating back to the 12th century has been lovingly converted into 11 cottages each with its own character, all appointed to the most luxurious standard.
The farm setting is completed with the provision of excellent facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, all weather tennis court, games barn, children’s play area, lake fishing and wonderful woodland walks.
Compton Pool is truly rural yet easily accessible to many clean and safe beaches, the National Park of Dartmoor, an array of tourist attractions for all the family and a good selection of supermarkets and shops.
There is a good selection of village pubs and restaurants within easy reach, the most local of which is a gentle 15 minute stroll away.
A pre arrival shopping delivery service can be provided using local produce suppliers.

The Farmhouse has its own private access and parking and has a large private south facing garden with dining terrace and conservatory.There is an Aga, large American style fridge-freezer, and open fire. Sky HD is provided

The property has a large open plan kitchen diner, with access to a decked area overlooking the tennis court and lakes. The kitchen incorporates an American style fridge freezer, 2 ovens & microwave. There is also a south facing dining terrace with barbecue.
The sitting room also opens out onto the spacious decked area with unspoilt rural views.
There are 4 bedrooms, two doubles (king sized beds) and two twins, all with en suite shower/bathrooms. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor and is accessible for guests with limited mobility.
