Little White Alice is a newly built complex of six, 5 Star and 5 Star Gold Award winning cottages situated in the heart of Cornwall on what was once an old farm.
At Little White Alice we believe sustainability does not have to come at the cost of luxury. Our interiors are warm friendly, colourful spaces, where the hand-crafted is married perfectly with new technology, to create relaxing and inviting comfortable unique living spaces.
The complex aims to be self sufficient in energy and water with its own wind turbine, ground source heating, solar panels, wood burning stoves, borehole water and a reed bed sewage system. Guests are even invited to plant a tree to help offset their carbon footprint. Outdoors we have sympathetically landscaped our grounds making full use of the granite already on the land to create communal and private garden spaces.
We have 25 acres of land to explore and are less than ten miles from both the north and the south coast with the excellent Stithians Water Sports Centre on our doorstep. There are many bridleways and footpaths to wander and two local pubs within walking distance, which both do great food. Centrally placed we are ideally located for those who want to get out and explore the west and mid Cornwall attractions.
Alternatively, use Little White Alice as a perfect haven to escape from the busier beaches and roads. Our communal facilities and hospitality partners can deliver everything you may need; from a private yoga session, a bicycle, or a week's groceries......... so you can just chill out and relax, and leave the car keys behind.

The Ash House sits in a row of three cottages with its own private south facing outdoor dining patio. It has a spacious open plan living space downstairs with a hand crafted oak kitchen and wood burning stove. Comfy sofas and hand woven colour rich curtains, throws and cushions made exclusively for Little White Alice which warm the crisp the crisp white walls and natural oak interiors. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, one with a 5ft double bed, the other with 'zip and link' twin beds and en suite shower room. A specially designed barn owl house in part of the roof space means you might be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of a feathered neighbour. Ideal for a couple, a family of group of friends to share.

The Hazel House is family sized accommodation with a friendly open planned living space opening onto a private decking area and enclosed garden. That in turn leads straight into The Natural Swimming Pool area. The spacious living space centres round the wood burning stove, with comfy sofas and a hand crafted cedar kitchen and dining area. There is a downstairs shower room. Upstairs via a bespoke oak and glass staircase, there are two double bedrooms one with a king size bed, the other with a set of twin beds. There is also a family sized bathroom with a shower bath. Ideal for a couple seeking spacious accommodation or for a family, an ideal base to nestle into for a relaxing holiday whatever the time of year.

Criann, (woods) is a large spacious contemporary holiday home comprising of The Oak House and The Hazel House sleeping up to 12 people in great comfort. It is ideal for a larger family or group of friends to share. With two kitchens, 6 double bedrooms and a large light filled dining conservatory it offers warm relaxed living spaces with comfort and luxury throughout. Flexibility too in two sitting rooms, including one with sofa spaces for 12. Two flat screen TVs, 2 iPod docking stations, libraries of books, DVDs and games, will ensure there is entertainment for all
