Railway Cottage is an idyllic cottage with private hot tub situated in a steam lover's paradise. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms sleeping six plus cots, with woodburning stove for winter evenings and dogs are welcome by arrangement.
The Railway Carriage is next door and sleeps up to four plus a cot and also has a private hot tub, wonderful living area and outstanding views of the trains from every room and the charming decking verandah.

The three bedrooms have luxurious beds and beautifully finished soft furnishings, the sitting room has comfy leather sofas and a plasma tv, all rooms have wonderful views either of the Steam railway or the Quantock Hills. The gardens are a special feature of the cottage, large and interesting, well fenced for children and dogs complete with private hot tub.
The Railway Carriage is a unique replica railway carriage designed to look like a period GWR Brake Van. It is also located in its stunning location - next to Railway Cottage right beside the West Somerset Steam Railway Line. It is an amazing property- perfect for steam fans and also provides luxury - creating an idyllic destination for holidays.
There is a king-size bedroom and a twin room as well as a modern, luxury bathroom with bath and shower over, a spacious living room with comfy leather sofas and modern kitchen. There is a well fenced garden and a fabulous decking verandah area on the end of the carriage ideal for a summer evening watching the trains chug past.

There are many things to see and do, the fabulous West Somerset Railway of course, Dunster Castle, Cheddar Caves, Exeter, Bath and Bristol, Longleat and Hestercombe gardens. There are some wonderful beaches to visit form the local Blue Anchor and Kilve (ten mins) to the surfing beaches of North Devon such as Croyde and Woolacombe to the South coast with Lyme Regis, Beer and Branscombe for fossil hunters and the huge sandy expanse of Western Super Mare.
The walking is fantastic with Exmoor, The Quantock Hills, South West Coastal Path and the Coalridge Way easy to access. There is also many other outdoors opportunities, from Horse riding to quad biking, coasteering, clay pigeon shooting, mountain biking and golf.
