Visiting Norfolk this autumn? Here’s just a taste of what’s on in Norfolk this Autumn
In Norfolk we love our food and drink (who wouldn’t with such fantastic locally grown produce) and we have just begun the 6 week Norfolk Food & Drink Festival – the largest event of its kind in the UK and a great attraction for foodies with pop-up events, battle of the bangers and more!
We love to be different in Norfolk and from 17-21st September in Great Yarmouth you can enjoy the Out There Festival of Circus and Street Arts with all kinds of acrobatics, juggling and circus events and theatre…just crazy fun for all ages.
With Norfolk being “the land of the big skies” and beloved by artists throughout the years, there is the Hostry Festival from 24th October-2nd November where one event will be the “Paint Out Norwich” – a Plein Air visual arts competition with artists all around the city inspired by 6 iconic Norwich landmarks.
And as we mark the anniversary of WWI, there is the Military Revival Vintage Festival to enjoy on 4-5th October with battle re-enactments, a 1940’s hangar dance, tank rides and so much more.
Oh, and apart from the Thursford Christmas Spectacular, 8th November-23rd December, (the largest Christmas Show in the UK with West End performers) tenor Russell Watson will singing by candlelight in Norwich Cathedral on 2nd December.
