Spacious barn conversion in a peaceful location

A delightful barn conversion set in a tranquil area of West Cornwall, rated 4 star gold by Visit England. This single storey, spacious, barn conversion is in a quiet location yet close to Penzance and local beaches.

The cottage is on one level (single step in places) and has a fully enclosed south facing garden solely for the use of guests. The cottage is decorated to a high standard and has a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer and fridge with separate freezer. There is a smart TV with Sky and Netflix as well as free WiFi.

Surrounded by working farmland the cottage makes an excellent base with south coast beaches 10 mins drive away and St Ives 20 mins drive. Cosy in the winter and cool in the summer making it great for a beach holiday or a winter break. The cottage is ideal for families or two couples.

The local area is a foodie heaven with excellent restaurants and pubs serving locally sourced produce. There are plenty of activities to try – from windsurfing to foraging, cycling to paddleboarding or just enjoying our lovely beaches and coastal paths. West Penwith has something for everyone.

Anna and Simon Morris

We converted Cobblestone Cottage from a disused cowshed 20 years ago when our children were young. We have drawn on our own experience of family holidays to create a spacious and comfortable holiday cottage with everything you might need for a relaxing break. We live on site in the main farmhouse and are on hand, if you need us, to give tips on activities, beaches, walks and foodie spots. We love living amongst working farmland and look forward to sharing this quiet and beautiful little part of West Cornwall with you.
