Our luxury holiday cottages are comfortably furnished and include a private and secure garden, hand crafted contemporary furniture, king-size beds in double bedrooms, top quality soft furnishings (with all bedding and towels included), WiFi, Smart TV’s, DVD players and Bose Soundtouch HiFi, with cots, highchairs and stair gates available at no extra cost.

Entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom, large open plan kitchen dining and sitting room, cast iron woodburning stove (logs provided). TV with Sky +. Well appointed kitchen with Aga, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Second sitting room. Conservatory, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, second American fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Right side of Farmhouse: one super king-size 4-poster bed with en suite bathroom (Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower). One king-size with en suite shower room. One twin bedroom with en suite shower room.
Left side of Farmhouse: one king-size bedroom. One twin bedroom. Large family bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower.
Outside: large private and secure garden with garden furniture. Weber barbecue. Separate entrance and parking for upto 4 cars.
Dogs are welcome in The Farmhouse all year round. - charges apply at £50 per dog. Maximum of two (2) small to medium dogs only in The Farmhouse. An additional refundable dog damage deposit of £250 will apply.
Located in 14 acres of the warm tranquil valley in the heart of the South Devon countryside, Compton Pool is a perfect haven for guests of all ages. The ancient farm, dating back to the 12th century, has been lovingly converted with excellent facilities, including use of the heated indoor swimming pool, all weather tennis court, games barn, children’s play area, lake fishing and wonderful woodland walks.
Compton Pool is truly rural yet easily accessible to many clean and safe beaches, the National Park of Dartmoor, an array of tourist attractions for all the family including Pennywell Farm, Paignton Zoo, The Aquarium in Plymouth, Model Village and Kents Caverns plus a good selection of supermarkets and shops.
There is a good selection of village pubs and restaurants within easy reach including: The Bickley Mill or The Hare and Hound (15 mins away), Tally Ho and The Linny plus many more.
A pre arrival shopping delivery service can be provided using local produce suppliers.
