Rose Cottage view from Terrace

Luxury character cottages set on a Dorset Farm

The properties known as Tincleton Lodge (sleeps 10) and Rose Cottage (sleeps 6) are beautifully converted farm cottages that offer 5 Star luxury accommodation and tranquillity in a peaceful rural setting close to the county town of Dorchester and only 20 minutes away from the world famous Jurassic Coastline.

The accommodation is spacious and suits family gatherings and reunions. Although both properties are very much individual and private, for larger groups a concealed hallway can be opened up internally in order to cater up to 16 guests under one roof. Both properties have free fibre optic super fast broadband.

The cottages dating back to the 1600's, have been lovingly restored while still retaining stunning original features such as the inglenook fireplaces, bread oven and original character beams (some low). The woodburners provide a cosy ambience at the end of an enjoyable day in the countryside.

The gardens are private and both properties have suitably sized terraced areas and barbecue’s for al fresco dining. It is a great place to unwind at the end of the day and appreciate the evening sun.

Jane and her husband Charlie look forward to welcoming you to Eweleaze Farm. The properties are personally managed and guests are encouraged to walk the nature trail and explore the 600 acres of privately owned farmland.

Guests are welcome to use the full size tennis court situated opposite the Lodge and the games room for table tennis.

Tincleton is a small quiet village - there are numerous local pubs, restaurants and attractions within easy reach. A 2 mile stroll through woodland and meadows to the local pub offering a delicious Sunday Carvery has proved very popular for those who enjoy walking.

Situated on a working farm with stunning tranquil walks on the doorstep, our properties offers real escapism and provides a wonderful haven for family and friends to get together, but yet close enough to reach all the local Dorset attractions, Hardy Wessex countryside and the World renowned Jurassic coastline.
