The Garden House is a newly converted eco barn which sits in a secluded and tranquil setting close to the 14th Century church, the village green and a short stroll from the award winning and dog friendly village pub, the Banningham Crown.
Situated within it's own fully enclosed garden, The Garden House is very dog friendly and we like to spoil our guests' four legged friends when they come to stay so we provide items to use during your stay to make the holiday easy and relaxing such as:
Water/feed bowls, feeding mat, leads, treats, toys, crates, holiday tags, poo bags/bins, towels, sofa throws and much more. We also provide information on the best dog friendly walks, beaches, etc.
The Garden House is in a great location with easy access to beautiful beaches, the Broads and Norwich and offers a real escape from it all.
The house has been lovingly restored and features underfloor heating, bespoke fittings and fixtures, a luxurious wet room with double shower, stunning kitchen with quartz worktop and a fully glazed wall which opens directly onto a large, secluded south/west facing terrace. The house is in a great location with easy access to beautiful beaches, the Broads and Norwich and offers a real escape from it all.
The building is all on one level and features a large living room with kitchen area which is flooded with light from the floor to ceiling glass wall on the south/west elevation. This provides direct access to the outside terrace via the large sliding glazed doors.
There is a well equipped kitchen with built in cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing/drying machine, Nutribullet and Nespresso coffee machine as well as ample cupboard space. The dining table and comfortable chairs are perfect for romantic meals at home or you could let someone else do the work and hire a local chef to come and cook a special meal for you - this information and details of the many fantastic local restaurants we recommend can be found in our digital welcome guide!
The living room also has comfortable sofas for you to relax and snuggle down for an evening in front of the television which has Netflix and Sky packages so that you can catch up on some box sets! It's also the perfect place to unwind with spa treatments or a yoga session - all of which can be undertaken in house, with recommendations on our bespoke digital welcome guide.
The bedroom is accessed via the living room and has a luxury king size Hypnos bed, built in wardrobe and its own separate access to the south facing terrace. The bed has a luxury topper, crisp white sheets and we supply fluffy white towels, bath robes and complimentary toiletries.
There is a stylish and spacious en-suite wet room which features a large 2 person shower area and drench digital power shower.
Even though The Garden House is in a secluded, tranquil location in a small village it does benefit from super fast broadband so you needn't miss any work emails .... or you could turn your phone off, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet!
The outside space comprises a large south/west facing terrace with teak outdoor dining furniture and a barbeque for al fresco summer meals. There are sun loungers for early evening cocktails or lazy summer days.
We also supply a comprehensive welcome hamper so that you can relax the moment you arrive. Your holiday can start straight away with a cup of tea and piece of home-made cake, or something stronger if you prefer!
