About & Contact

Luxury holiday cottage for groups in Herefordshire

The Granary completes the courtyard and overlooks the stream and meadows.

This luxury holiday cottage is suitable for groups and benefits from an airy double height living space with a real fire - this provides the perfect place for your party to socialise and enjoy each other’s company. Large glazed windows mean you can admire gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside. Also in the cottage is a separate fully appointed kitchen and dining area with French doors leading into a secluded garden with a stream at the bottom. Here you can cook, relax and dine together.

Alternatively, you can host your own country house party. There are three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. Two of the double bedrooms are at ground level, one of which is en suite whilst the other has a wet room suitable for people with limited mobility.

4Also included in your stay at this luxury holiday cottage is access to a heated indoor swimming pool and gym equipment. In warmer months you can make the most of the bonfire area, barbecue, play barn and boating pond. A welcome pack will also be waiting for you on arrival.

Reviews for The Granary at Kempley Barns

Meet the owner

Bob or Petula Skerrett

Bob and Pet would be delighted to welcome you to Kempley Barns. We moved to the farm 20 years ago it was a mess of derelict farm buildings but with the help of our artisan builders we have lovingly restored the barns to offer our guests sophisticated country accommodation, fresh air and freedom. The farm is set in 50 acres of Perry pear orchards, landscaped gardens, wild flower meadows, with ponds and a babbling stream. The fire pit, barbecue and seating area is a great spot to while away an evening with friends. The heated indoor swimming pool is available for use by guests - we even give you some robes so you can sashay across in style!
