This cottage includes a TV, DVD player, DAB radio, direct dial phone, WiFi, garden and terrace with barbecue and parking for up to 3 cars (more may be possible by prior arrangement).
Dogs are welcome and there is a private enclosed garden to the side of the cottage. There is nowhere on site to exercise dogs due to the childrens play area and our farm animals, however, there are plenty of lovely dog friendly beaches and walks close by and a bridle path right outside the door.
Our on site honesty shop offers lots of lovely essentials and luxuries including freshly baked croissants and bread in the morning.

The historic towns of Totnes, Dartmouth and Salcombe offer a wide range of facilities, including shops, inns, restaurants, river cruises and steam train trips. The village of East Allington is 1.5 miles (or an easy one mile walk via the bridleway) away with a pub offering excellent food and hospitality.
