Pelham is a substantial cottage comprising of lounge, dining room (with a table big enough for everyone), kitchen (with smaller breakfast table), utility room, two bathrooms, shower room and six bedrooms.
On the ground floor there's a large king bedroom with space or a cot. Upstairs are 2 doubles; one with en suite bathroom and a balcony and 3 twin rooms. Also includes a TV, DVD player, DAB Radio, direct dial phone, WiFi, private garden (with swings), terrace with barbecue and ample parking.
Our on site honesty shop offers lots of lovely essentials and luxuries including freshly baked croissants and bread in the morning.

The historic towns of Totnes, Dartmouth and Salcombe offer a wide range of facilities, including shops, inns, restaurants, river cruises and steam train trips. The village of East Allington is 1.5 miles (or an easy one mile walk via the bridleway) away with a pub offering excellent food and hospitality.
