Our award wining apartments within Point View are just a 5 minute walk away from the very famous surfing beach that is Croyde Bay. Available to let all year round, for long or short term holiday breaks, our luxury modern two and three bedroom apartments have private parking. a large open plan living/dining space, bifold doors opening onto a pristine south facing terrace perfect for ‘al fresco’ dining plus the added bonus of a 6 person hot tub. The property also comes with private parking and a video entry system, and is just a short walk away from the centre of Croyde, which has a wonderful selection of pubs and cafes, all with extensive menus, not to mention the famous delicious local Ice Cream parlour. Additionally, there is a village store and surf shops to hire or buy anything you could possibly need to go and relax on the beach or hit the surf. The Village of Croyde sits south of Putsborough Beach and Woolacombe, and north west of Saunton Sands. It is one of Devon's most renowned seaside locations, due to its excellent surf, beautiful coastline and unspoilt village feel. Point View sits on the coastal road into Croyde and once parked at Point View in the secure gated development, you do not need your car again to enjoy the local amenities. In just a 10 minute walk you can be nestled in the heart of Croyde with its lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. A 5 minute walk in the other direction you can be on Croyde beach via the coastal path steps.
For 40 years, we as a family have been holidaying in England and it has been on these holidays where all of our most treasured memories have been made. Through a lot of hard work and over many years, we have slowly curated a selection of our own holiday homes, which we are delighted to be able to share with you. All of the properties we have invested in because we felt they all, in their own way, have the wow factor – whether it’s down to the incredible views, amazing locations or simply their charm.
