1 Point View is an award-winning apartment with a private hot tub within a secure gated development and private parking, just a short walk away from Croyde Bay. It is a spacious apartment with an open plan living area and plenty of room for all the family to relax with three comfy sofas and a 65' flat screen HD smart TV. Two sets of bi-folding doors open up onto a substantial south facing patio terrace with an outside dining table seating 6 adults and a fabulous hot tub to relax in, whilst stargazing with a glass of wine. The kitchen is well equipped with modern luxuries, including fitted Neff appliances, a Nespresso machine and a large fridge with separate freezer. Seating for 6 adults on our beautiful Italian made ceramic table, is just next to the kitchen overlooking the terrace. So whatever the weather, there is inside or outside dining to enjoy amongst family or friends. The master bedroom has a king-size Hypnos bed with bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. It is a light and spacious room with a relaxing leather chair in the bay window and a new 43" Samsung 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. The room has a luxury accessible en suite, fully tiled with a stand alone shower, WC, heated towel rail and basin with complimentary Bramley products. The twin bedroom has two single day beds with underbed storage and a separate wardrobe, all in a fresh white. The main family bathroom is fully tiled with a large bath, stand-alone shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Point View is just 15 years old so benefits from modern luxuries and yet nestled between the rolling Downend hills and Croyde Bay, it's in a unique location just a short walk away from the best surf schools in Croyde. As well as the beautiful North Devon Coast path and Croyde beach on your doorstep, it's also just and a 10 minute walk from the heart of Croyde village with an array of great cafes, restaurants and pubs to eat in and relax. Also some fabulous surf shops and the ice cream shop is definitely worth a visit for the walk back (via the beach if you fancy a bit of a longer walk)! There is so much to do and explore in the area by car if you want a day out. Just a 5 minute drive in either direction you have the amazing 6 mile stretch of Saunton Sands or Woolacombe Beach, both award winning beaches with more great surf. As a family we also recommend Watermouth Castle, it's a fun day out for all the family and still just as popular nearly 40 years on! So whether you're an expert surfer, avid walker, beach lover or simply love some great family days out ... then Croyde and its surrounding beauty is the perfect UK destination.
