On the edge of a 200-acre grassland farm that rears pedigree Hereford cattle and accessed through the farm itself, the cottage is within the central part of the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Hundreds of acres of open access land can be found immediately on the doorstep, with views available across the South of England from the top of Holmbury Hill, a 20-minute walk away. The cottage is also located conveniently within 1 hour of London.
The cottage is equipped to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Features include underfloor heating, coffee machine, welcome hamper + toiletries.
On entering the cottage from the porch is a small hall off which can be found a shower room/WC. The kitchen/dining room, which leads off the hall, also has a snug area and benefits from a view over the garden. The living room has superb views out of the valley and benefits from a sliding patio door which leads out onto the terrace, where the hot tub can be found.
Upstairs is comprised of a principal double bedroom with an ensuite shower/WC. A second double bedroom can be found just off the landing.
Externally can be found in the wood-fired hot tub enclosed within a timber veranda and a well-maintained private garden. To the front of the property can be found a studio, suitable for either home working or Pilates/yoga type activities.
Along with the luxury aspects, the house has plenty of other features such as hi-speed fibre WiFi, washing machine tumble dryer, log burning fire, TVs, enclosed garden, outside furniture and more.
