Three luxury coastal properties


Sherwood House has four comfortable and stylish bedrooms, high-spec kitchen and dining area, outdoor kitchen, and a summer house to enjoy the spectacular views along with the amazing deck over the Teifi estuary. From here you have direct water access and 180-degree views of the estuary. This dog friendly property also has a beautiful, contained garden, garage for bikes and off road parking for 2 cars. Less than 1 mile from Poppit Beach and 100 yards away from an award winning pub – what a location!

Headland Cottage is a luxury newly refurbished holiday cottage. Three bedrooms decorated in designer wallpapers and fabrics with a nautical theme in keeping with the jaw dropping location, every window has a sea view with the luxury kitchen and main bedroom featuring sea views from two sides. Like Sherwood, Headland has an outdoor kitchen with signature pizza oven and contained terraces for children and dogs. Headland has a special secret, a hidden room to surprise and delight. Walk out of the door straight onto the beach, a wonderful cafe and across the bay to a restaurant and pub. Another stunning and unique location!

The Gardeners Cottage is set in the private estate of Plas LLangoedmor, which translates as 'Church in the trees by the sea'. The cottage has panoramic countryside views and is close to the Teifi Estuary and coastline. Our premium dog-friendly holiday cottage is set in a beautiful woodland haven yet still walking distance to the bustling market town of Cardigan. Interior designed accomodation with underfloor heating, wood burner and luxury bathrooms combined with period features.This is a world class destination all year around.

Meet the owner

Pete and Kath Austin

We fell in love with West Wales and moved to Cardigan in 2013, started to learn Welsh and then in 2015 we purchased Sherwood House and in 2018 Headland Cottage. The properties are located in spectacular locations, with front-line views to either Estuary or Sea views and both needing total renovation. We have designed open plan kitchens to take full advantage of their views and unique positions, luxury bathrooms, designer wallpapers and fabrics. We pride ourselves on welcoming our guests personally and as we live locally we can be on hand if you need anything during your stay. We are here to help you to discover the beauty spots, family (and dog) friendly attractions, and local cultural events. Alternatively if you just want to relax and go absolutely no-where, both properties have an outdoor kitchen and spaces to relax providing the perfect retreat.
