Stunning location near Corfe Castle

Occupying a secluded rural position within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the heart of the Purbecks, Woodyhyde Courtyard is a large detached, single storey holiday property with its own leisure facilities including heated indoor swimming pool and sauna.

Large beamed dining room with woodburning stove and vaulted ceiling. Well equipped kitchen with vaulted ceiling and French doors to the front patio. Access to the two main bedroom wings with 6 bedrooms, two 5ft double beds, two 4ft 6in double beds and 2 twin rooms. All have en suite facilities except one double and one twin share a shower room. Four steps down from the dining area leads to bedroom seven with 6ft double bed and en suite and the main spacious lounge with bi-fold doors to the large south facing patio.The swimming pool and sauna are also accessed from this part of the building with the games rooms upstairs.

There are so many fabulous amenities here at Woodyhyde Courtyard including pool, sauna, games room and outside tennis court meaning that guests will always be entertained!

In the games room there is table tennis, a pool table and table football. Outside there is a very large patio area for sitting and dining and a log cabin with gym equipment. From the patio area there is access to an enclosed games field and a tennis court. 

Note although most accommodation is on the ground floor there are four steps from the dining room to the area that include the main lounge, swimming pool and bedroom seven. Also the games room is at first floor level. 

This is excellent walking country – four footpaths lead from Woodyhyde over open countryside, from where they link up with a magnificent network of paths, including the spectacular Dorset Coast Path just 3 miles away. The historic stone village of Corfe Castle is just 1½ miles away, where visitors will find the ruins of a National Trust castle, and a collection of shops, pubs and restaurants. The scenic Swanage Steam Railway passes through the valley close to the property – a trip aboard is bound to be a memorable experience. Swanage Bay, with its sandy beach, is just 4½ miles away and the magnificent countryside and sandy beaches of the Studland Peninsula lie just 7 miles away. Shops and pubs 1½ miles.
