Premier Cottages is an association of self-catering holiday cottage owners, established 10 years ago and now representing over 880 holiday cottages in England, Scotland, Wales, Isles of Scilly, Ireland and The Channel Islands. With Premier Cottages you deal directly with the cottage owner - allowing you to match your particular requirements to the highest quality cottage holidays and self catering cottages available in the United Kingdom, Ireland and The Channel Islands.

Quality Grading:

All the cottages featured by Premier Cottages are 4 and 5 Star tourist board graded, and their owners are committed to the highest standards of customer care. For more information on ‘Quality Grading’ click here.

Award Winning Self Catering Cottages:

In VisitBritain’s 2008 prestigious 'Awards for Excellence' properties in Premier Cottage's group won both coveted top awards; Gold and Silver. Member properties have come top in the last 5 years winning the Gold Award, 3 times and the Silver Award, 5 times. Swimming Pools:

Many of the properties featured have either indoor or outdoor swimming pools (or both!). To help you find properties that have swimming pools use the Cottage Search option. Please note that pools may or may not be heated at certain times of the year and for safety reasons, may have restricted access or conditions of use, so please check with the cottage owner directly before booking.

Large Cottage Groups:

Many of the properties featured can accommodate large parties and many owners are happy to accommodate larger parties where more than one self-catering holiday cottage can be rented (special booking conditions may apply). Pets Welcome:

Cottages that welcome pets do so only by prior arrangement and often subject to special conditions. Please check directly with the cottage owner before booking. To help you find properties that welcome pets use the Cottage Search option.

Real Fires:

Many properties have real fires or wood burning stoves for your comfort. To help you find cottages that have real fires or wood burning stoves use Cottage Search option. We suggest you check the safety implications for children and pets with the owner before booking.

Facilities for guests with special needs (mobility, vision & hearing):

We have identified cottages awarded a specific mobility, vision and/or hearing grade under the National Accessibility Scheme, and other cottages that could meet the needs of guests with specific needs. However, we recommend you contact the cottage owner direct to discuss the facilities provided and any specific needs, or to request a copy of their Access Statement detailing the suitability of cottages to meet your specific needs; for more details click here.

Availability:

Unless you book well in advance it can be difficult to find available holiday cottages during peak booking periods (school holidays). So if you are looking to find a self-catering holiday cottage use the Availability option to search availability supplied and maintained by many of the properties featured on this website.
