About & Contact

One mile from the Jurassic Coast at Sidmouth

Our Orlando Suite (the name inspired by Peter Orlando Hutchinson, a Victorian Author, Poet & Artist who lived in Sidmouth) is based on the site of a former milking parlour with some of the old charming brickwork features still visible to the interior walls, this together with the exposed roof beams from a more recent adaption of the building give much character to this our open plan self catering suite.

The Orlando Suite is ideally suited to accommodate either a couple or a single person. Full weeks run Saturday to Saturday - all our accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for children and is strictly non-smoking, we are unable to accept pets.

Your accommodation is just one mile (linked directly by pavement) from Sidmouth’s wonderful Esplanade seafront walk at the world famous Jurassic Coast; Sidmouth town has a great mix of shops, restaurants, cafes, & cultural centres.

The town is truly fortunate to have a thriving amateur dramatic society that performs at ‘The Manor Pavilion Sidmouth’ best to pre-book tickets as demand can be high, Blackmore & Connaught gardens are another lovely feature as is the Byes Riverside walk.

The wider East Devon & Devon area which includes multiple AONBs ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ & National Parks is packed full of beautiful resorts, attractions and walks.

Your self catering accommodation is a recent adaption of a very old building in a cool modern open plan style, offering a high specification & extremely high efficiency levels, this makes for a cosy characterful & comfortable base for your break.

Includes - ‘Smeg GasFlame Fire’ (100% efficient), Cat6 LAN Internet with individual access point & connection to a 360 degree rotating ceiling mounted Sony Bravia 32” internet connected TV with certain FIRESTICK services, king-size steel framed bed with a ‘Silent Night’ pocket sprung 1000 spring memory foam layered mattress, Amtico flooring & bathroom ceiling integrated DAB sound system.
