There are eight stylish cottages with stunning country views sleeping from 2 up to 13. At your disposal are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, championship size tennis court, 14 acres of beautiful grounds, riverside walks and Devon trails on your doorstep along with an array of great cafes, restaurants/pubs to eat in and relax. Dartmoor is a 30 minutes drive away with waymarked moor walks or miles of rambling for those more adventurous, and the cycle route 28 passes the properties entrance, taking you all the way to the Salcombe Estuary.
All the cottages are beautifully appointed with open plan designer kitchens, family friendly living spaces with elegant soft furnishings, luxury bathrooms, chic bedrooms, log fires, private patios or terraces with barbecues. English pared down styling, with a contemporary, scandi touch.
You will find Jane Churchill fabrics, Farrow and Ball paints, Villeroy and Boch bath-ware, Grohe showers, Fisher Paykel ovens and hobs, Miele appliances including microwaves, Dualit toasters, Denon radios/CD players, DVD players, digital televisions, Freeview boxes, WiFi and iPod connectivity.
If you join us with children you can be assured that the cottages are super baby, toddler, and child-friendly with built-in stair gates, travel cots, high chairs, booster seats, baby baths, children's cutlery, food blenders and other child-friendly touches along with soft play area and playroom and an outdoor adventure playground.
