The luxurious Old Farmhouse is the original Coulscott farmhouse, old beams and a listed sixteenth century staircase. It has its own south facing lawn and terrace with table, seating, barbecue and private hot tub all with extensive views.
The huge kitchen is built around a large island unit topped with a big slab of marble. With washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, 5 hob Range cooker with double oven. Off the kitchen is a large L-shaped room, sitting and dining areas with woodburning stove and a minstrel’s gallery above, with comfortable settees, a dining table and chairs (can dine 10). There is a wall mounted Smart TV. In the master bedroom a super king-size four poster bed with, marble-lined en suite shower room. Twin bedroom, luxurious main marble-lined family bathroom. A further twin (or super king) bedroom with en suite shower room on the ground floor gives those with slight mobility problems downstairs facilities. Full WiFi.
The Old Farmhouse is also an ideal celebration house, as well as a perfect holiday destination, with many choosing it for a special birthday or anniversary weekend with their friends and family - an ideal opportunity to book Coulscott's fine-dining private chef who can cook up a wonderful 3 course meal or 7 course taster menu paired with delicious wines while you sip a glass of bubbly in front of the log burner - and of course he does the washing up!
