You can relax in the large open plan living area which has wooden floors and high vaulted ceilings with stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows. Two large comfy 4 seater sofas provide a peaceful place to snuggle into and watch the wall mounted Smart 40 " flat screen digital television. If you prefer to listen to music there are Bluetooth Speakers available. There is 5G WiFi throughout. Reconnect in the dining area around the Walnut dining table which seats 6 with comfy leather chairs or head to the raised gated decking through the patio door and dine al fresco.
The kitchen is very well equipped with gas hob, electric fan oven and separate grill, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. In the utility area there is a fridge and freezer and large capacity washing machine.
The bedrooms are made for recharging in. All equipped with sumptuous white linens, robes, slippers and toiletries the master bedroom has a super king-size bed and a full bathroom with a shower cubicle with raindance shower head, underfloor heating, and heated towel rail.
The second bedroom has a super king-size bed. A fully tiled en suite bathroom that has a shower cubicle with raindance shower head, underfloor heating and heated towel rail. The, upstairs, studio bedroom has two single bed which will can be made up into a super king-size bed, (please request which you would like when booking - default is a twin room.) The bedroom and bathroom both have combed ceilings so are low at the sides of the room. It is full height along the middle of the bedroom and the en suite bathroom has a large soaking bath with a hand shower, underfloor heating and heated towel rail.
The upper decking is gated which is perfect if you want to bring your furry friend, and you really should. Dogs love Airhouses! All our lodges are over a mile from a public road and have a decking area which is enclosed so your dog has the freedom to be outside but safe. There are lots of walks around the farm for your dog and even a livestock free meadow for some serious romping fun. A little further afield, there are numerous parks, open spaces and beaches.
For the ultimate relax and recharge head to the spacious, sparkling clean, private hot tub located on the lower decking. Either day or nigh this experience is magical. There is no light pollution so the stars at night are amazing.
If you are feeling energetic there are acres and acres of farmland here to explore, or to sit and watch over. You can meet all our friendly animals such as the donkeys, goats, alpacas, pigs, Shetland ponies and geese. You could follow the Treasure Trail or Children's puzzle trail that takes you on a walk down to the local village and back, or take you under 7s to the play den. Always in the distance are the soft green peaks of the Lammermuir Hills.
