The Ramsay is designed for unwinding. With beautiful pine-lined bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and far-reaching views across the surrounding hills, it is a peaceful retreat for couples or families looking for space to relax and enjoy the Scottish countryside.
The light and welcoming living area makes the most of the views, with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the landscape right inside. Step through the patio doors onto the raised, gated decking and enjoy your morning coffee, dine outdoors or simply sit back and watch the changing skies.
The Ramsay has two comfortable bedrooms, making it ideal for up to four guests. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, with one offering a walk-in shower and the other a deep bath – perfect for a relaxing soak after a day exploring.
For the ultimate relaxation, head outside to your private hot tub, tucked away in front of a small woodland. During the day, enjoy the peaceful views across the hills; as darkness falls, the lack of light pollution reveals an incredible night sky filled with stars.
There is plenty to explore without leaving Airhouses. Wander through the organic farm, follow the Treasure Trail, enjoy the open spaces or simply take time to watch the wildlife. Meet our friendly alpacas, Shetland ponies, pigs, donkeys, goats and sheep, or keep an eye out for the wild visitors to the farm.
Dogs are very welcome at The Ramsay. The raised decking is gated, giving your dog a safe outdoor space, while there are plenty of walks around the farm. There is also a livestock-free meadow where dogs can enjoy a good run.
Airhouses is perfectly positioned for exploring the Scottish Borders, with its historic market towns, abbeys, castles, gardens, beaches and miles of countryside walks. Edinburgh is also within easy reach, giving you the choice between peaceful farm life and the energy of the city.
Our on-site farm shop stocks local produce, high-quality ready meals, ice cream, cheeses, olives, oils and essentials, as well as wool from our alpacas and llama. There is also a good selection of gluten-free products.
An EV charging point is located outside the lodge, making The Ramsay a convenient choice for electric vehicle owners.
