Gweal Gullas is adjacent to Penhillick and is one of the two Upper Barn houses. This luxury dog-friendly cottage follows the design of Skewye and has secluded grounds with lots of privacy as well as beautiful country views. Unwind on one of the terrace areas, perfect for barbecue’s and entertaining guests. With a heated outdoor swimming pool, you can enjoy a swim within walled gardens, encircled by olive trees and sun-trapped light. Explore a 1000-acre expanse of orchards, woodlands and living history, where traces of the Iron age and Neolithic era are found, or seek out the hidden cyan sea at Kynance Cove, where serpentine rocks rise above crystal clear waters. The ground floor has an entrance hall with a cloakroom and shower. There is a snug room with a single bed. The living and dining area with Smart TV and DVD player is open plan and the kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with units with solid granite work surfaces. The large windows allow for plenty of natural light and there are two sets of French doors leading to the garden and terrace. There is a family bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a balcony that faces east to get the best of the early morning light. Gweal Gullas is a 5-minute walk to all of the swimming pool and tennis court and the Flora cafe and New Yard Restaurant. Comments from our guests: "Delightful, comfortable house...
