Polwyn is adjacent to Tregenna and is a mid-Long Valley terrace house. The central walkway in the terrace provides access to the rear garden and patio area at the back of the luxury holiday home. The patio is beautifully positioned for the afternoon and evening sunshine, an ideal location for summer barbecue’s and entertaining. As well as the entrance hall and cloakroom the ground floor has an open plan living and dining room with Smart TV and a DVD player. There is a fully fitted kitchen with wood units and granite work surfaces. There is a very large master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, as well as a second double bedroom and a second separate full bathroom. The self-catering home is just a short walk from all of the facilities including the heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and gym. Dogs are welcome, and you are welcome. There's also many beaches and coastal walks around the Lizard that allow dogs all year round.
