Skewye is adjacent to Chyreen and is one of the two Lower Barn houses. This luxury Cornish home from home has very secluded grounds with lots of privacy and terrace areas for barbecue’s and entertaining. The ground floor has an entrance hall with a cloakroom. There is a children’s room with a TV. The living and dining area with Smart TV and DVD player is open plan and the kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with wood units with granite work surfaces. The three large windows allow for plenty of light and there are two sets of French doors leading to the garden and terrace. Upstairs in the cottage, there are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a balcony that faces east to take advantage of the glorious Cornish sunrises. Skewye is a few minutes walk to the ozone heated pool, the gym and Flora Cafe and New Yard Restaurant. This is a dog-friendly holiday cottage welcoming up to two dogs, and plenty of space for them to explore.
